What they need
- Supervise and guide QA inspectors assigned to the production line.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct and oversee inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure that rejected or non-conforming products are properly identified, segregated, and handled.
- Perform other duties related to quality assurance as assigned by the QA Supervisor or Manager.
