QA Manager

Modernform Group Public Company Limited is seeking an experienced QA Manager to join our quality assurance team. This is a full-time position based in Bangpli, Samut Prakan. As QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all quality assurance and quality control operations across our manufacturing and transport divisions. This role is strategically important to ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of excellence whilst maintaining compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures and systems across manufacturing and transport operations
• Oversee the design and execution of quality control testing and inspections at all stages of production and logistics
• Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, training and performance management to ensure team excellence
• Monitor product and service quality metrics, analyse data and prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, industry regulations and customer requirements
• Collaborate with production, transport and other operational departments to resolve quality concerns
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards
• Manage supplier quality assessment and monitor incoming materials to ensure specifications are met
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in manufacturing or transport industries
• Proven experience managing and leading QA teams
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 or similar) and industry best practices
• Proficiency in quality control methodologies including statistical process control, root cause analysis and corrective action management
• Excellent understanding of production processes, supply chain management and logistics operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office applications
• Professional certification in Quality Management (such as ASQ CQA or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience with internal and external audit processes
