QA Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of quality related activities including maintaining of corporate quality
• Uphold the Quality Management System (ISO9000, 14000, 13485, NADCAP, FDA & GMP) to ensure product and process meet customers’ quality expectation and regulatory requirement
• Provide customer satisfaction by working closely and cross-functionally with other departments to improve quality, and with continuous improvement
• To liaise with major customers on quality requirements
• To initiate action plan to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity
• To lead and develop a team of QA/QC personnel in respect of their quality control functions in the company

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control, BOM management, ECN administration, or related functions
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor, or precision engineering industries is an advantage
• Mature, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and cross-functional teams is preferred
