QA Manager

• Manage product certification and ensure compliance with international safety and regulatory standards, including 3C (China Compulsory Certification) requirements
• Coordinate and handle 3C certification processes, testing submissions, documentation, and renewal follow-ups
• Conduct product testing and liaise with internal teams, third-party laboratories, and certification bodies
• Maintain and update the product testing and certification database
• Perform quality and safety evaluations according to product specifications and regulatory requirements
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance product quality and compliance
• Develop and issue QC specifications; communicate with China factories for functional and quality verification
• Monitor and manage suppliers’ quality performance, including pre-shipment inspections
• Follow up on factory audits, corrective action plans, and compliance improvements
• Conduct prototype assembly and perform minor modifications when necessary

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the toy industry, educational products, toy laboratory, or compliance field
• Solid knowledge of international toy safety standards (e.g., EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, ISO8124, etc.)
• Familiar with 3C (China Compulsory Certification) requirements and application procedures
• Experience in handling product certification documentation and regulatory submissions
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience in database management is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with good numerical sensitivity
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is required
