What they need
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Act as the Management Representative and coordinate Management Review Meetings.
- Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
- Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor QMS performance and report quality issues and improvement plans to Top Management.
- Promote quality awareness through training and effective communication.
- Ensure products meet customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
