QA Manager

• Lead and manage the quality assurance team.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor quality activities.
• Ensure adherence to defined quality processes and standards.
• Work with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes.
• Monitor team performance and provide technical/functional guidance.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters.
• Mandatory / Preferred Requirements
• Electronics / Electronics Engineering background.
• Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management.
• Demonstrated team leadership/people management experience.
• Candidates from electronics industries are preferred.
• Candidates from Delhi NCR / nearby regions preferred.
• Must be comfortable working from Noida.

Good to Have

• Knowledge or experience with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
• Exposure to defence / aerospace / defence electronics industry.
• Experience working in organizations handling regulated or compliance-driven products.
