QA Manager

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated professional to join the QA Department. Job responsible for the following: -

• Lead and manage QA, QC & Lab. testing, providing guidance, training and performance management
• Establish and monitor quality management systems and programs for product quality, manufacturing quality, customer and supplier quality
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including product development, production and supply chain, to ensure quality is integrated
• Handle customer complaints/ feedback and lead the corrective & preventive action and fulfill customer audits and requirements
• Lead all assigned quality projects, drive problem-solving process and present proposals for solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in QA in Toys / plastic manufacturing in factory
• Good technical knowledge of Toys products, factory production and operation process
• Familiar with the International Toys Safety are need (Physical, Chemical)
• Able to spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process-oriented thinking and end-to-end mindset
• Stay in Vietnam factory
• Occasional travel to China for customers visits
