QA Manager

Scope of Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement quality assurance protocol to ensure the best-in-class quality system is properly established and operated in the new-constructed food factory through team managements and operations.
• Design, prepare and manage to assure all operations are in compliance with food quality manuals, procedure, Working Standards of all relevant food and hygienic rules and regulations adhere to local and international quality standards, plan and requirements defined.
• Review and maintain record results which are not the criteria between production and report deficiency, Customer complaint and Customer representative as well as being a point of contact of customer and suppliers for quality requirement.
• Design, develop and maintain reports, information data and dashboards to ensure information is updated and ready to use for business planning and decision making.
• Coordinate for all quality training and education programs as per defined operational guidelines and standards.
• Officiate to QMR and Leader of Internal Quality Audit.

Qualifications/Experiences 

• At least, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or any related field.
• Experience 5-10 years management level of food/food packaging industry in a role of quality control / assurance with solid knowledge on food safety and food quality, experience working with Japan standard is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of local and international standards and regulations is preferred, direct experience in obtaining relevant certificate will be a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise confidently with all levels of an organization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
