• Lead end-to-end QA & QMS strategy across the organization
• Drive food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC, FSSC)
• Lead audits, ensure compliance, and elevate operational excellence
• Build and develop a high-performing QA team
• Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement
