Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to oversee quality assurance across our products and services. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of overall QA experience, including 3–5 years in a QA Manager or equivalent leadership role.

The candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategies, managing testing teams, improving quality processes, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality software products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA activities across product development and client service projects.
• Define QA strategies, test plans, testing standards, and quality processes.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, API, automation, and performance testing.
• Manage QA teams, resource allocation, delivery timelines, and testing priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Business, and Client teams.
• Establish defect management processes, quality metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor test coverage, defect trends, release risks, and overall product quality.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure release readiness and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor QA engineers and team leads while promoting quality ownership across teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• 3–5 years of experience in a QA Manager or equivalent QA leadership role.
• Experience overseeing QA for both products and services.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and the SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with test management, defect tracking, and QA reporting.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and testing teams effectively.

Work Location & Schedule

• Coimbatore is the preferred location.
• Candidates based in Bangalore or Hyderabad are also welcome.
• Work during normal business hours.
• No regular overnight shifts or night-duty requirements.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on QA leader with strong people-management skills, experience overseeing product and service quality, and the ability to establish effective QA governance while ensuring timely, reliable releases.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
