What they need
- Manage daily QA/QC activities for incoming materials, production, packing and finished goods
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings and quality standards
- Supervise QC inspectors and arrange daily inspection activities
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Work closely with Production, Engineering and Warehouse to reduce defects and rework
- Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor assembly, hardware completeness, packing and labelling accuracy
- Conduct process audits and follow up on quality issues
- Support customer audits, internal audits and quality system requirements
- Prepare quality reports and monitor quality KPIs
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
