We Are Hiring: QA Manager (1 Position)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate QA strategies, policies, and long-term quality improvement plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish, standardize, and continuously improve the Group Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and Work Instructions (WIs) across all manufacturing plants.
• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and process consistency by identifying and addressing critical quality variables.
• Lead quality problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), coordinating with Production, Procurement, and relevant departments to ensure effectiveness.
• Establish quality KPIs, conduct risk assessments, analyze customer complaints and non-conforming products, and prepare consolidated monthly QA performance reports for Top Management.
• Oversee quality system compliance, internal and external audits, ISO 9001 requirements, and supplier qualification and audit programs.
• Drive the implementation of corporate quality policies and improvement initiatives across all plants, ensuring consistent standards and measurable results.
• Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects to reduce defects, minimize quality costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop QA teams across multiple plants, providing guidance on Quality Engineering tools, technical capabilities, and performance improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality ownership, and compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Manufacturing/Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.
• At least 8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the natural rubber industry, with minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, leadership, and analysis, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English; effective at all management levels with good presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer applications.
