Role Description

This is a full-time role for a QA (Quality Assurance) Manager (API) based in Munich. The QA Manager will oversee quality management processes for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key responsibilities include quality assurance oversight, complaints, deviations, QA releases, change controls and supporting quality audits. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve quality systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices
• Proficiency in Quality Control methods and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
• Experience in Quality Auditing and compliance with regulatory standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or API manufacturing sectors is advantageous
