QA Manager (Manufacturing)

Job functions:

• Provide leadership to lead the Quality Team for quality improvement programs and execute quality control programs and activities from IQC, IPQC to FQA;
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality system to achieve quality goals;
• Support product development with early involvement at conceptual stage to final production stage, as quality alignment upfront;
• Lead to conduct factory audits to ensure the suppliers compliance;
• Formulate and manage Product Quality Plan to ensure the compliance of quality and safety standards, and customer’s requirements;
• Drive the investigation of all customer complaints and product failure, to facilitate resolution as well as implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Quality/Manufacturing engineering or related disciplines;
• 8 Years solid experience in quality assurance and quality control in PRC manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position;
• Experience in Printing / Paper Products / Toys & Gifts Industry is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge in ISO/QC/TS systems;
• Knowledge and experience in quality tools e.g. SPC, FMEA, PPAP techniques is preferred;
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented;
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Workbase in Dongguan (China)
