What they need
- Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in precision engineering or CNC machining.
- Experience in a QA/QC supervisory or managerial role.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Familiar with FAI, NCR, 8D, CAPA and root cause analysis.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience with measuring equipment and inspection processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to lead and manage a QA/QC team independently.
- Experience dealing with customer quality requirements and audits will be an advantage.
