Job Description

o   Inspect the setup of inspection procedure

o   Development of quality assurance related request

o   Evaluation of supplier

o   Prepare and implement documented procedure related to ISO 9001 requirement

o   Develop the documented procedure for inspection and testing

o   Develop the documented procedure for non-conformance product control

o   Define and maintain the corrective and preventive action documented procedure

o   Maintain the quality record and handling

o   Statistical technique verification

o   Inspect result review and sampling plan.

o   To establish, implement, and revise the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

o   To lead internal audits and coordinate external audits (e.g. ISO, customer audits).

o   To recommend training, disciplinary action, or process changes related to quality performance.

Skill & Knowledge desired

o Responsible for the quality assurance of the whole product life cycle

o To identify failures and implement corrective action and follow-up

o Able to lead a group of QC to perform daily task and confirm to quality performance as per specification

o Able to communicate and work together with other department to solve the problem

o Responsible for the on-site audit of customer and supplier, audit checklist and follow up the closure of non-conformance

o Good communication skill and working attitude

o Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

o Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System will be an advantage
