What they need
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT).
- Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman.
- Creating and maintaining the QA Documentation, like Test Plans & Strategy, Test Cases &
Execution Reporting, RTA(Requirement Traceability Matrix), and Release Notes.
- Experience in Mobile Testing & Database Testing and SQL queries.
- Ability to create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Experience in defect tracking and management using Jira or similar tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Domain experience in insurance is required.
