About the role
Manage distilled water quality testing and ISO/HACCP audit
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine distilled water test/inspection at various stages on the production line to comply ISO, HACCP and GMPs policy and audit requirements
- Implementing and maintaining the documentation system and quality management system
- Take lead in ISO22000, HACCP and GMP audit operation
About you
- Higher diploma, degree holder or above in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, Food Science or related disciplines
- Solid experience and knowledge in handling ISO22000, HACCP and GMPs requirements and audit is a MUST
- 3 years or above related experience (intern/summer job experience not counted)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Cantonese
Work location : Tai Po Industrial Estate ( free shuttle bus at Tai Po MTR station is provided)
Working hours : Mon-Fri 0845 -1800, Alternate Sat 0845 -1300
