What they need
THE ROLE
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures based on underwriting manuals and guidelines. Completes quality evaluations that may be required on a regular interval. Monitor the quality of work of the Underwriting Team. Review and verify processed loan applications and documentation.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure credit underwriting compliance with the policies and procedures to control risk.
- Verify correctness of information and review various documents provided and captured on the system. Monitors team performance and adherence to SLA.
- Analyze quality assurance data and making recommendations for process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Administration, Management, Commerce, Finance, Banking, Mathematics
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial, Credit Evaluation
- Knowledge on credit process, monitoring and evaluation techniques, self-motivated, detail oriented, verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
