QA Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes to ensure products, materials, and operations comply with established quality standards, specifications, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct quality audits and process inspections.
• Review fabrication and technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Monitor metal fabrication and welding processes for compliance.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections.
• Identify, document, and investigate quality issues and non-conformities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection, audit, and quality reports.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to maintain consistent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or a related Technical Engineering course.
• With at least 2 years of relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QA/QC principles and quality management procedures.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, technical drawings, and measurement.
• Knowledge and experience in welding inspection.
• Proficient in quality documentation, inspection reporting, and RCA documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Malinta, Valenzuela City.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
