QA Officer

Position: QA / Cluster Leader

Note: Must have a valid Driver’s License and own a Motorcycle (Required for field operations).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA / Cluster Leader to oversee quality assurance, compliance, and field operations within our telecom cluster. This role requires hands-on expertise in Fiber Optic telecom networks, last-mile connections, and the ability to lead field teams, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Monitoring: Conduct quality audits and inspections of telecom projects and field operations to ensure compliance with company standards and telecom requirements.
• Field QA Activities: Perform regular field visits to oversee last-mile connections for both installation and repair, ensuring skilled execution and proper use of basic telecom tools.
• Fiber Optic Oversight: Validate and inspect Fiber Optic installations, splicing, and testing activities, ensuring adherence to industry and company technical standards.
• Compliance & Audit Activities: Execute compliance audits and ensure all field operations meet internal and external telecommunications regulations.
• Issue Identification & Corrective Action: Identify operational gaps, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, recommending and tracking corrective actions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed QA reports, performance analysis, and documentation. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all QA data and reports.
• Coordination & Communication: Coordinate closely with operations, field teams, and management to align QA activities with project deployments.
• Training & Capability Building: Lead and upskill field teams on quality standards, proper tools usage, and Fiber Optic best practices.
• Continuous Improvement & Development: Drive quality and development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Emergency & Special Operations: Support sudden deployments or emergency operations requiring quality oversight, and assist in special projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least College Level.
• Preferably with Telecom industry experience, with strong knowledge and hands-on background in Fiber Optics (splicing, testing, and installation).
• Familiar with basic telecom tools and skilled in last-mile connections for both installation and repair.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and own a Motorcycle (Willing to do extensive field works).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills suitable for a Cluster Leader role.

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
