QA Operations Manager

Our client in the Bucks County, PA area is looking to hire a QA Operations Manager to lead day-to-day Quality Assurance operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

You should apply if you:

• Have 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing or quality
• Have 3+ years of people management experience
• Have hands-on, shop-floor QA experience (OSD/tablets is a big plus)
• Have experience in a CDMO environment (preferred)
• Have strong experience with deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and batch record review
• Are a strong leader who can drive accountability, inspection readiness, and quality improvement
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
