What they need
About the role
Responsible for product quality, quality system implementation, disposition of production results, and arrangement of QC team.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for product quality, quality system (quality control site) implementation, disposition production result, and arrangement QC team
- Inform QA Supervisor if there is a nonconformity process/product
- Coordination with relevant departments regarding raw material/product quality, execution rework/sorting process
- Make sure QA team in his/her scope do 5S in the work area
- Make sure QA team in his/her scope do their job to inspect based on inspection standard
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 with relevant major
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the same field especially in plastic manufacture
- Knowledge with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Food Safety Management System
- Preferably able to use testing incoming equipment (calliper, etc)
- Attention to details, good communication, teamwork oriented
