QA Project Manager

About the role

This is a Quality Engineering Leadership role responsible for defining and implementing quality engineering strategies, methodologies, and best practices across large-scale programs and projects. You will establish quality goals, testing frameworks, and governance processes, lead end-to-end testing for major releases, mentor QA teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement quality engineering strategies, methodologies, and best practices
• Establish quality goals, testing frameworks, and governance processes across projects
• Lead end-to-end testing for large-scale programs, projects, and releases
• Develop and manage test plans, schedules, and deliverables
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and End-to-End Testing
• Lead and mentor QA engineers and leads on programs day to day
• Monitor testing progress, defect trends, and overall quality status
• Present quality updates, risks, and recommendations to sponsors and stakeholders
• Champion test automation strategies and continuous testing
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies
• Own ambiguous problems and turn them into structured, executable plans
• Champion AI-assisted testing and evaluate emerging AI/LLM tooling

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Test Automation)
• At least 10 years of experience in Project management or Test management
• Experience managing multiple technology projects within the financial services industry involving planning, tracking, budget management, issues resolution, conflict management, resource management, status reporting, quality enforcement, and management of multiple vendors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with project scheduling and tracking tools
• Comfortable working within boundaries of a structured methodology
• Team Player with ability to lead large, complex projects with multiple PMs
• Detail Oriented, Proactive, Results Oriented, and Self Starter
• Amenable to work on Night shift and in Makati City
