QA -QC Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality testing and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products.
• Perform chemical and physical testing as per approved specifications and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, GMP and company procedures.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, COA and quality documentation.
• Monitor and verify product quality at different stages of manufacturing.
• Handle laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
• Identify deviations, non-conformities and out-of-specification (OOS) results and support CAPA.
• Coordinate with Production and R&D teams for quality-related issues.
• Conduct stability testing and maintain stability records, wherever applicable.
• Ensure proper sampling, labeling and storage of samples.
• Support internal audits and regulatory/customer inspections.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the quality laboratory.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Preference: Candidates with experience specifically in Cosmetics & Personal Care industry will be preferred. Experience in other industries will not be considered.
