QA QC

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality control inspections of mechanical equipment, piping systems, and welds to ensure compliance with ASNT standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for new projects, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and develop solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics of materials, fatigue analysis, and stress testing.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) standards for quality control inspection.
• Proficiency in performing visual tests (VT), ultrasonic testing (UT), radiography testing (RT), magnetic particle testing (MT), leak testing (PT).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
