QA QC Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-pour inspections, verifying mold setup, reinforcement placement, and embedment positioning.

• Perform post-pour inspections, checking for defects like cracks, honeycombing, and dimensional accuracy.

• Identify quality issues and defects, recommend corrective actions, and work with production teams to resolve them.

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.

• Conduct quality checks at different production stages (mold preparation, reinforcement, casting, finishing).

• Identify defects and work with the production team for corrective actions.

• Conduct weekly audit inspections and customer complaint investigations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of precast production processes, including casting, curing, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Problem-solving skills to address quality issues.
