Roles & Responsibilities for QA/QC Engineer
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and improve overall project efficiency.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality standards.
- Ensure all projects meet required safety protocols and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Government Project Experience Candidates
Experience in Indian Railways / PWD & CPWD Projects & Hospital Projects.
