Role & responsibilities

Product - Invertor or Ac Drives

• Coordinate Internal & External Audits and document audit findings and observations.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and review meetings.
• Support Vendor Quality Assessments and vendor approval processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Checklists & Quality Systems.
• Prepare Quality Awareness Training Schedules and Audit Plans.
• Conduct QMS Training for new employees and internal auditors.
• Develop Quality Documentation Formats and support data analysis.
• Conduct Customer Feedback Surveys & Analysis.
• Maintain Quality Document Control & Record Management.
• Prepare Quality MIS Reports.
