QA QC Engineer

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in Pharmaceutical Machinery / Process Equipment / Engineering Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain Quality Procedures, Standards and Documentation Systems.
• Review customer requirements and ensure all quality and documentation requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare and maintain Quality Documents, Inspection Reports, Test Certificates and FAT Documentation.
• Prepare documents required for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and coordinate with relevant departments for timely completion.
• Perform detailed FAT verification and component verification.
• Prepare, verify and validate Test Certificates and Quality Certificates.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, testing, quality checks and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, Quality Checklists, Verification Records and other QA/QC documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Projects and other departments for required technical and quality documentation.
• Conduct internal inspections and ensure proper documentation of findings.
• Visit vendors for quality inspection of equipment before dispatch and prepare relevant inspection documentation.
• Ensure manufacturing and production processes comply with applicable national and international standards.
• Monitor quality performance and prepare relevant reports and statistical data.
• Identify quality issues, suggest improvements and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain proper document control, traceability and record management.
• Provide backend support to related departments for quality and documentation requirements.
