QA QC Engineer

1. Monitor and inspect site activities related to site leveling, excavation, backfilling, compaction, and earthworks.
2. Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and project quality requirements.
3. Conduct inspections and prepare Inspection Requests (IRs) and quality records.
4. Inspect civil works including roads, grading, site development works, foundations, concrete works, and underground utilities.
5. Monitor and verify soil compaction, field density tests, levels, and elevations.
6. Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, laboratories, and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
7. Raise and follow up NCRs, observations, and corrective actions.
8. Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, checklists, and testing documentation.
9. Coordinate with consultants and client representatives during inspections and approvals.
10. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with UAE standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4–6 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
3. Strong experience in earthworks, site leveling, excavation, backfilling, and compaction.
4. Civil or Mechanical QA/QC experience will be considered.
5. Good knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, Inspection Requests, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation.
6. UAE project experience is required/preferred.
7. Good knowledge of construction drawings and project specifications.
8. Good communication and coordination skills.
9. Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and able to join within 15 days.
