QA QC Inspector

Roles & responsibilities of QAQC inspector

⚫ Establish samples of approved quality

⚫ Prepare measuring instruments calibration calendar and ensure timely calibration through NABL accredited lab

⚫ Conduct factory visits and monitor quality of raw material, process and product

⚫ Report BOQ wise components production and readiness status to Production Manager ⚫ Certify quality of components before dispatch of finished product from factory

⚫ Ensure records of in process inspection reports and final inspection report

⚫ Conduct QAQC training on SOP/ Methodology of welding, hot dip galvanizing, powder coating, epoxy and enamel painting

⚫ Conduct NDT (Non-destructive testing) of fabricated components i.e., Dye penetrant tests (DPT), Magnetic particle tests (MPT), hammer tests

⚫ Visual inspection and dimensional inspection with Vernier calliper, measuring tape and Dry film thickness meter

⚫ Conduct periodic audit of manufacturing plants and report areas of improvement and Non-conformance to senior management

⚫ Recommend and implement Correction, Corrective action to avoid recurrence

⚫ Visit fabrication and finishing vendors and monitor supplier/ vendor performance and provide feedback for continual improvement

⚫ Prepare monthly MIS for QAQC and report to management

⚫ Implement Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015 std

⚫ Prepare and implement Quality Assurance Plan including Inspection test plan & material test plan

Reporting to: Production Manager

Experience: 5 years of working in manufacturing industry or medium fabrication plant as fabrication engineer and 5 years in Quality control and quality assurance.

Educational & professional qualification:

10th Std

Diploma in Mechanical Engg from recognized University

ASNT Level-2 (DPT, MPT)

Internal auditor (ISO 9001:2015 std)- Quality Management System

Budget- Take home salary- Rs. 60000- 70000/ month

Joining- Immediate and or within 15 days

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
