QA QC Officer

Role & responsibilities

1. To co-ordinate and verify the implementation and maintenance of the Quality management System requirements as per ISO 9001: 2015 in the Company

2. To review non-conformances reported in the audits and where required, decide corrective actions in consultation with the concerned departmental heads and verification for confirmation of implementation.

3. To organize Management Review Meetings.

4. Approval of B/O items & Inspection Reports.

5. To Co-ordinate with Registrar.

6. The Director (Manufacturing) will take the responsibilities of M.R. in his absence.

7. Preparation of Quality Plans

8.Co-ordinate with approving agencies such as BIS, CIPET.

9. Disposition of non-conforming products.

10. Identify statistical techniques to be applied.

11. Assist Purchase in Vendor Development.

12. Develop products as required by Marketing under guidance of Director Manufacturing.

13. Provide proper quality documents and control plans for achieving the right quality.

14. Provide marketing inputs related to product quality, functions, etc.

15. To handle & monitor customer complaints with regard to product quality.

Authorities

1. Approval of BIS Corresponds, CIPET Corresponds, GGRCL Corresponds & Finance Corresponds

2. Approval of B/O items & Inspection Reports.

3. Approval of Trial testing Protocols.

4. Approval of Quality Plan for in process inspection & Final Inspection.
