What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Around 2–3 years of experience as QA Engineer / Software Tester.
- Experienced in Manual Testing, including test case creation, test execution, defect identification, and regression testing.
- Experienced in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
- Familiar with API Testing using tools such as Postman.
- Familiar with SQL for data validation and testing.
- Experience with automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Cypress, or Playwright is preferred.
- Familiar with Jira or other defect/issue tracking tools.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
