QA Senior Executive/ Executive

• Handling complaint management and investigation.

• Conduct quality validation activity pertaining to CCP, allergen, process, project, etc.

• Involve in defect reduction complaint project / initiatives.

• Conduct GMP inspection.

• Involve in HACCP documentation upkeep..

• Involve in FSMS, certification and supplier audits.

• Other tasks assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
2. In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with BRCGS Standards and ISO 22000/FSSC22000 is essential.
3. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role or a closely related position within the food industry is required.
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating operational and departmental needs into clear, actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements.
5. Must have excellent solid Analytical and Problem solving skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities and a proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments.
6. Ability to work independently under pressure, strong attention to detail and compliance mindset.
7. Familiar with Root Cause Analysis tools, Trend Analysis and Quality Management Systems
