Job Description

We are hiring an experienced QA Automation Engineer in Surat to help us elevate the quality and reliability of our software products. If you have a strong background in testing web and mobile applications, experience in building and maintaining automation suites, and enjoy working in a collaborative agile setup, we d love to talk to you.

As part of the QA team at EnactOn Technologies, you will work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to ensure seamless, high-quality releases. You ll take ownership of test planning, automation execution, defect analysis, and process improvements, playing a key role in shaping how quality engineering evolves within our team.

Key Responsibilities as an experienced QA Software Tester/QA Automation Engineer

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and identify potential issues.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Report, track, and verify software defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in release and deployment activities, including creating release notes and verifying successful deployments.
• Continuously improve the quality assurance process, including identifying areas for automation and process improvement.

Requirements for a QA Automation Engineer Candidate

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in testing of web and mobile applications.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with test management tools (such as Jira or TestRail) is a plus.
• Experience with automation testing tools (such as Selenium or Appium) is a plus.
