QA Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that sales and operations teams strictly follow company processes, protocols, and quality standards . This role combines performance auditing, data analysis for process improvement, and regular on-site compliance checks to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities Process Auditing & Quality Standard Enforcement

• Audit sales bookings and operational workflows for protocol compliance.
• Evaluate team performance against established quality benchmarks and KPIs.
• Identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching reports to team supervisors.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

• Analyze performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and trends.
• Recommend data-driven process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to update and refine existing SOPs.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented process changes over time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a QA role within sales or operations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying process gaps and cleanliness issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to Travel: This role will require you to travel across Manila and Regional branches for random inspections.
