QA Specialist

About the role

The QA Specialist is responsible for providing excellent assistance to the office of the Quality Assurance, ensuring smooth operations to maintain high-quality services to other departments. The role involves excellent knowledge of office management principles, especially on data processing procedures and customer service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports
• Conduct research and collect data
• Conduct audits and risk assessments
• Perform root cause analysis
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related field, preferably in a regulated industry
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with quality management software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality-related methodologies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic work environment
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and quality excellence
