QA Specialist

COMPANY PROFILE: A Japanese manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication, surface coating, and the assembly of home appliances such as toasters, heaters, and other consumer products.

Position: QA Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Day Shift)
Work Location: Calamba, Laguna
Work Set Up: Onsite
Salary: Php 20,000–25,000 Gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to established quality standards and product specifications.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to detect potential defects and prevent production issues.
• Compile, update, and maintain quality reports, production records, and other relevant documents.
• Collaborate with the Production Team and other departments to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Help implement corrective and preventive measures, as well as continuous improvement programs.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and optimizing overall production efficiency.
