- Menguasai bahan baku, proses produksi dan produk jadi dari sisi kualitas
- Memahami teknis dalam penjahitan dan teknologi mesin jahit
- Memiliki kemampuan serta kepemimpinan efektif & efisien
- Mampu memberikan analisa dan keputusan terhadap permasalahan yang menyangkut masalah kualitas
- Mampu berkomunikasi bahasa Inggris Aktif
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Tegowanu, Grobogan
