What they need
- Conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Record and document inspection and testing results.
- Identify and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
- Assist in investigating the root cause of quality problems and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments regarding quality concerns.
- Maintain QA records, reports, checklists, and other quality-related documents.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular production floor inspections.
- Perform other quality assurance duties as assigned.
