QA Staff

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Staff is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards through audits, inspections, and monitoring activities. The role supports GMP, Food Safety, 5S, and QMS programs, maintains quality documentation, implements corrective actions, conducts employee training, and helps ensure regulatory and client requirements are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining high standards of product quality and food safety.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or any related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic food safety principles and practices.
• Experience in internal and external audits and FSSC 22000 implementation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct GMP, Food Safety, 5S, and QMS audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.
• Verify receiving and issuance transactions, temperature monitoring, and measuring device calibration.
• Monitor facility sanitation, cleanliness, and pest control programs.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues.
• Conduct GMP and Food Safety training for all employees.
• Maintain quality documentation and support client reporting requirements.
