QA Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Quality Assurance activities for incoming materials, production processes, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, 5S, customer requirements, and company procedures.
• Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Review and approve quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Lead investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Support customer, regulatory, and internal audits and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
• Monitor quality performance and recommend process improvements.
• Supervise, train, and develop QA personnel to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
• Prepare and submit accurate quality reports and updates to management.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of quality-related equipment.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of QMS, GMP, 5S, CAPA, and audit processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office)
