QA SUPERVISOR

About the role

As the first QA/QC Supervisor, you will be the foundational pillar of the quality program. You will not just inspect products; you will help the Operations Manager design, document, and enforce the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists for paper cups, kraft bowls, boxes, and printing lines. You must be hands-on, highly observant, and comfortable working directly on the production floor.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists
• Inspect products across paper cups, kraft bowls, boxes, and printing lines
• Work directly on the production floor
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on quality program development
