What they need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor, preferably in PCBA / EMS electronics manufacturing.
- Solid experience in PCBA manufacturing and quality management is required.
- Experience managing quality from incoming material through production and final shipment.
- Good knowledge of IQC, IPQC/PQC, OQC, and overall manufacturing quality control.
- Familiar with SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly, and other electronic manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of quality management tools such as 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Able to analyze quality data and establish appropriate quality KPIs and improvement plans.
- Familiar with electronic measuring and inspection equipment, such as LCR meters, PCBA functional testers, and other relevant measuring instruments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Mandarin Chinese: Fluent, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- English: Basic communication skills required.
- Able to communicate effectively with Chinese management and relevant internal departments.
- Strong team leadership and personnel management skills.
