QA Supervisor

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality assurance operations to ensure that products, processes, and systems comply with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role ensures adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, maintains proper documentation systems, and leads quality improvement initiatives to maintain high product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the Quality Assurance team in daily quality-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Review and maintain quality documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ISO documentation systems.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address identified issues.
• Utilize Quality Control tools and methodologies to analyze processes and improve product quality.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations for continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related or equivalent course
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory Quality Assurance role
• Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Knowledgeable in Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ISO documentation systems
• Proficient in Quality Control tools and methodologies
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Ability to investigate quality issues and implement corrective measures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
