QA Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of any Engineering degree
• With at least 2 years experience handling Quality Assurance in a manufacturing set-up
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a quality culture.
• Proficiency in analyzing process capability data, statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.
• Strong verbal and written skills for reporting, training, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Capability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule

Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring that quality, cost, delivery and production targets are met through proper monitoring and analysis
• Prepares monthly manpower schedule.
• Detect and analyze every defect encountered including rootcauses
• Assists in the preparation of sectional yearly budget and ensures the effective management of all resources.
• Takes timely corrective action on deficiencies found during audits
• Supervises operations of QA-Inspection booths & equipment in a day to day operation.
• Responsible for implementing and recording any changes to documented procedures resulting from corrective and preventive actions
• Responsible for proper handling, storage of products in his process
• Supervises the Final Inspectors and provides training and education to his subordinates and keeps training and education records, with due coordination with Human Resource Section; makes sure that subordinates are qualified based on appropriate education, training and experience required by the job position
• Periodically evaluate and upgrade their competency through proper identification of needs based on their level of knowledge and performance
• Maintains quality records to demonstrate conformance to requirements of customers, public standards and effective operation of quality systems
