QA Supervisor [SAS]

Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for outgoing products and ensure all related activities are completed in accordance with approved procedures and workflows.

Coordinate incoming material and outgoing product inspections in accordance with established quality procedures.

Process, maintain, and control ISO-related and departmental documentation under the QA Section.

Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of test data, update Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, and monitor incoming quality results.

Review and verify test data, SPC chart updates, and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance with established requirements.

Provide practical on-the-job training and guidance to QA Technicians to ensure consistent application of inspection and testing procedures.

Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments to address daily operational issues and facilitate timely resolution.

Participate in departmental risk assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities to identify potential quality risks and support preventive measures.

Assist the QA Engineer in responding to customer inquiries and investigating customer complaints.

Support external provider management, audit preparation, audit activities, and other quality assurance initiatives.
