QA Team Lead - AI Training Data Project

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to lead QA reviewers and ensure annotated data is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

What You'll Do

• Lead QA reviewers and manage audit and review queues.
• Spot-check annotated data and reviewer decisions.
• Provide clear and actionable feedback.
• Conduct office hours and clarify project guidelines.
• Track quality scores, error trends, and reviewer performance.
• Train new reviewers on guidelines, tools, and review processes.
• Escalate recurring issues and unclear guidelines to the Senior QA Lead.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of overall professional experience, including 1+ year leading or mentoring reviewers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Experience in QA, data annotation, data labeling, or AI training data is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Project Details

• Role: QA Team Lead
• Work Type: Project-based
• Duration: 16 weeks
• Schedule: 5 working days per week, including weekends as required
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
• Work Mode: Remote
