What they need
- Execute coating processes in strict accordance with company procedures and control parameters.
- Monitor and maintain the gas supply system, ensuring stable pressure, flow, and material supply.
- Inspect coating system operations, including cooling water, air, exhaust, and auxiliary equipment.
- Operate and adjust the coater, including tin bath entry/exit and height settings.
- Control process parameters such as coating height, gas flow, pressure, and film transmittance.
- Conduct film quality inspections, sampling, and performance testing to ensure compliance with standards.
- Prepare equipment and materials for coating production and ensure readiness for operation.
- Identify and report process or equipment abnormalities; follow emergency procedures when necessary.
- Maintain workplace organization and equipment cleanliness in line with 5S standards.
- Participate in shift handovers and team meetings to ensure smooth production continuity.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
